At Safa Creation, most of our products are customized and made-to-order, specially designed as per customer requirements.

Because of the personalized nature of our products:

  • ❌ Orders cannot be cancelled after production has started.

However, a refund or replacement may be provided only in the following cases:

  • Product received is damaged during transit

  • Product received is defective or incorrect

In such cases, the customer must contact us within 24 hours of delivery with clear photos or videos of the issue.

Once verified, we will provide a replacement or refund as per our policy.

Refunds, if approved, will be processed within 7–10 working days to the original payment method.
