1. How long does it take to process my order?
All our products are made to order. Standard processing time is 3–5 working days from the date of order confirmation and design approval.
2. How long will delivery take?
Delivery usually takes 3–7 working days after dispatch, depending on your location and courier service.
3. Can I cancel or change my order?
Since our products are customized and made to order, orders cannot be cancelled or changed once the design is approved and production has started. Please double-check all details before confirming your order.
4. What if I receive a damaged or defective product?
If your product is damaged or defective, please contact us within 24 hours of delivery with clear images or videos. We will verify and provide a replacement in genuine cases.
5. Can I request custom sizes, colors, or fonts?
Yes! All our products can be customized. During order placement, you can select options like size, color, font, and custom text. Make sure to review all customization details carefully.
6. What payment methods do you accept?
We accept Razorpay, UPI, Paytm, PhonePe, and major credit/debit cards. Full payment is required at the time of order.
7. Do you ship internationally?
Currently, we only ship within India. International shipping may be introduced in the future.

9. Do you offer refunds?
Customized products are non-refundable once production has started. Refunds are only applicable in case of verified damaged or defective products.
